About the Boulder Junction Shooting Range
In cooperation with the Department of Natural Resources of the State of Wisconsin, the Boulder Junction Shooting Range is open to the public and is comprised of a rifle shelter and 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300 yard ranges, a separate pistol range, 3 trap fields (equipped with voice pulls) and 2 skeet fields. A Five Stand field is also available on one of the skeet fields and is open spring through fall. A spacious clubhouse provides a panoramic view of the activities.
One of the friendliest ranges you'll ever enjoy, it's maintained by volunteers. Interested in volunteering? We always have room for more help and scheduled work days will be listed at the club house.

Hours of Operation

Trap, Skeet, Wobble Skeet
Open Year Round Every Sunday and Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M
The FIve Stand
The Five Stand is open when there are enough shooters and weather permits.
Rifle & Pistol Range
Rifle and Pistol Shooting Ranges are open 24/7 except when there are scheduled events or skeet or trap shooting is going on.
On Sunday's and Wednesday's, the rifle and pistol ranges close at 11:30 a.m.
Trap Leagues
There are a number of Trap Leagues during late Spring and Summer months, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. There is also a Traveling League on Monday nights that shoots at rotating clubs in the area. For information on trap leagues, call Roger at 715-617-2343.
Special Events
The Boulder Junction Shooting Range Club holds a number of Special Event Shoots during the summer and welcomes any shooters who wish to participate. Lunch is available on those days. Check the Special Events Schedule page for dates and times.
Club Fees
Yearly Family Memberships (spouses and children under 18): $25
Yearly Corporate Memberships: $50
Shooting Rates per round of 25 targets:
- Non-member: $6 per round
- Member rates: $5 per round
- Shells: 12 and 20 gauge shells are available for purchase at going rates
- Shooting Cards (Members only) $80.00/20 rounds ($4.00/round)
Gun Rental: $5.00/day on premises only.
Cash or checks only; no credit cards. Sales tax included in above rates.
Gift certificates are available for club merchandise, shells, shooting cards, and annual memberships.
